Objective:
Resolve non-real time client inquiries to enhance client experience and ensure client retention.
Experience:
Minimum:
At least 2 years of client service experience.
Preferred:
2 years of experience in a Contact Centre environment.
Qualifications (Minimum):
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Diploma in Finance or Risk and Compliance.
Knowledge:
Minimum: Familiarity with and understanding of:
Financial industry.
Preferred: Proficiency in and understanding of:
Capitec Bank’s services, products, policies, and procedures.
South African banking landscape.
Social media platforms.
