They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager: MSS to join their team in Cape Town. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining company policies, adopting best practices, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for effective sales and marketing management in the region, developing a sales strategy tailored to the region’s business profile, identifying new business opportunities, conducting meetings with prospects, and preparing and submitting sales proposals.

Additionally, you’ll manage sales and marketing administrative functions, maintain accurate customer records, and provide regular reports on regional sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Grade 12 qualification and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing. Experience within the corporate sales environment, particularly in Integrated Security Systems, is essential. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets. Experience in marketing man-guarding solutions and interacting with senior executives will be valuable.
Skills and Attributes:
The role requires strong skills in delivering strategy, collaborating and cooperating, relationship building, negotiation, and effective communication. Persuasiveness, sales ability, customer-centric thinking, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/Chrome OS) are also essential for success in this role.
