The Job at a Glance:
As a Sales Operations Administrator for the Grains division, your primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative support to regional customer managers and sales managers.
This support enables them to excel in their roles by ensuring adequate preparation for customer meetings, managing expenses within budget, and coordinating sales activities efficiently within the region.
Ensure timely delivery of sales reports prepared by the centralized sales intelligence team to regional customer managers.
Prepare weekly sales reports for regional sales managers.
Generate ad hoc reports when sales intelligence support is unavailable.
Handle travel and accommodation bookings for regional sales managers and customer managers.
Review and assist regional sales managers in managing their team’s expenses within budget.
Coordinate services and repairs for the sales team fleet.
Organize courier services when needed.
Facilitate key customer meetings as required.
Efficiently manage expenses related to regional sales teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Over 3 years of experience in administrative work within a Sales function.
Experience in shared service working would be advantageous.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
Self-management: Proven ability to manage workloads independently, meet deadlines, and proactively address delivery risks.
Communication skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities.
Attention to Detail: Consistently delivers high-quality work and can promptly identify and resolve errors in both personal and team work.
