Requirements:
- Possession of an N2 Qualification with all four relevant subjects for the Fitter trade, a prerequisite for consideration in the Fitting Engineering Trade.
- Must be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre.
- Recommendation based on interview outcomes.
- Attainment of a psychometric evaluation outcome score of 4 or higher.
- Acquisition of a Protection Services clearance certificate.

How to Apply:
- Applicants will undergo an interview process and psychometric assessment, both of which will influence the allocation of learnerships.
- The selection process will not be delayed to accommodate applicants whose screening process faces delays.
- All entry-level requirements’ outcomes will be considered before an applicant is recommended.
- Applicants must submit a fully completed online Application Form, Record of Service, CV, and certified copies of ID, Qualifications, and Statement of Results through the Sibanye Stillwater vacancies portal.
- Applicants holding Section 28 or 26D Trade Certificates or currently participating in another Learnership will not be considered.
