Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales order forms and facilitate their execution to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with salesmen and suppliers, coordinating vehicle extras and fitments.
• Manage the movement of drivers between suppliers, COF, Volvo branches, and customers.
• Confirm estimated time of arrival (ETA) with suppliers for fitment scheduling.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Arrange the timely movement of parts with courier companies to dealers.
• Ensure necessary parts are available on-site before trucks undergo PDI.
• Manage daily truck movements as per the schedule.
• Authorize refueling of trucks between deliveries.
• Assist in final vehicle invoicing to ensure accurate information flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12.
• 2 years of experience in the motor industry.
