The Department reserves the right not to fill the post. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical exercise to assess relevant technical elements of the job, with details to be communicated beforehand. Recommended candidates will also need to attend a generic managerial competency assessment. Please note that the National School of Governance (NGS) has introduced a compulsory SMS pre-entry certificate as Minimum Entry Requirements for Senior Management Services.
The successful candidate will be required to disclose registrable financial interests, sign a performance agreement, and an employment contract with the Director-General within three months from the date of assumption of duty. They must also be willing to sign an oath of secrecy with the Department.
