As a Call Centre Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, electronic communications, and queries. Follow agreed standard operating procedures to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Experience in a call centre environment.
Long-term insurance customer service experience.
Ability to assist clients via email or telephone, following clear instructions to amend current policies.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
1-3 years’ experience in a long-term insurance call centre.
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification/certificate.
