Minimum Requirements:
- Customer-centric with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build customer loyalty and trust.
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Familiarity with Nedbank Security Policies, Procedures, Governance Risk, and Controls.
- Retail or Banking Client service experience is advantageous.
- Higher certificate in Banking Services is a plus.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and direct them to the relevant consultant or self-service zone.
- Manage the queue, prioritizing clients with special needs.
- Address log-in issues and assist customers with digital and self-service devices.
- Help customers obtain bank cards and statements from self-service devices.
- Educate clients on completing applications or other services online.
- Inform clients about the progress of their applications.
- Perform teller duties by accepting and servicing cash transactions.
- Follow procedures and policies while assisting clients.
- Contribute to the bank’s success through service excellence, personal development, and teamwork.
