Job Overview: The Clerk: Admin position focuses on managing administrative tasks related to stock processing and documentation within the supply chain. This role involves capturing data, investigating discrepancies, validating documents, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Capture GRA’s (Goods Returned Authorizations) and returns data using Pride and WMOS systems.
- Investigate unallocated stock and return labels in the returns cage and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Sign and process relevant consignment documentation such as returns notes and XPS waybills.
- Conduct blind stock tallying upon receipt and ensure accurate credit processing.
- Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and validate them for accuracy.
- Match supporting documents with POD/invoice for reference.
- Collaborate internally to address outstanding issues and returns processing.
- Accurately validate and capture batch numbers.
- Assist in various operational tasks as needed.
- Adhere to uniform and safety policies.
- Complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Provide support for customer queries and handle incidents promptly.
- Maintain neat and organized work areas.
