- Inquiry Handling: You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
- Dispatcher Coordination: Efficiently manage service requests from start to finish, ensuring that calls are assigned to the appropriate dispatcher while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Customer Support: Act as a patient advocate, de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers and offering assistance and support when needed.
- Product Assistance: Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and help them navigate through Clinix Health Group’s products and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate record-keeping systems by completing the necessary documentation as required by the company and adhering to health standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed and knowledgeable about the range of services offered by Clinix Health Group to effectively assist customers.
- Resource Utilization: Conduct research to gather required information using available resources to better assist customers.
- Standard Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures for documenting all call information and initiate necessary follow-ups as needed.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Recognize trends in customer calls, document them, and promptly alert the EMS and Fleet Manager to ensure continuous improvement.
- Emergency Response: Handle both emergency and non-emergency Fire and EMS calls for service, collecting crucial information from callers, determining their needs, and entering relevant information into the computer-aided dispatch system.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the organization’s mutual goals are pursued and achieved.
- Log Management: Maintain detailed logs, including inter-hospital transfers, patient care records, and other essential information to support seamless operations.
