*Key Responsibilities:*
– Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, handling change, and issuing receipts
– Operate a point-of-sale system and maintain a high level of proficiency
– Manage cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment
– Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
– Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
– Assist with waitressing and cleaning duties as required
– Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and pricing
– Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

– Must be honest, dedicated, reliable, and hardworking
– Previous experience as a cashier or in a related role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
– Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Reside close to Northway Mall, either from Woodlands, Northdale, Raisethorpe, Allandale, Mountain Rise
