Join our Global Shared Services team as a Learning Administrator and play a vital role in driving service excellence and embedding a learning culture within our organization.
This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to support the transfer of knowledge and standardize ways of working to continuously improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer learning and development activities
– Process course nominations, accommodation requests, and attendance registers
– Coordinate site inductions and process new/renewal licenses
– Resolve Learning Management System (LMS) queries and maintain SAP catalogue
– Create and publish content, course and qualification creation
– Support performance management, talent management, and risk reporting
– Build relationships with clients and provide accurate information to support their queries
Requirements:
– Entry-level/Fixed Term Employee
– 0-2 years of experience
– Strong Microsoft Office skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
