Job Advert Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Worker to assist drivers with loading and offloading trucks, maintain the premises, and perform various cleaning duties.
Minimum Requirements:
– Medically fit
– Reliable
– Work safely and adhere to safety requirements
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– Clean criminal record
– Own reliable transport to and from work
– Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
– Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, and disposal methods
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Self-motivation and ability to work without direct supervision
– Ability to carry out instructions from Supervisor
– Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Assist truck drivers with loading and offloading
– Keep outside walkways clear and free of debris
– Notify building management of repairs required
– Clean the entire premises
– Maintain the environment
– Perform adhoc duties as required
