Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and benefit files, coordinating benefits processing, and advising employees on company benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and update employee records and benefit files
– Coordinate benefits processing, including new starters, terminations, and claims
– Advise and inform employees on company benefits
– Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries
– Liaise with HR, divisional offices, Retirement Fund, and Medical Administrators
– Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employer contributions and payroll deductions
– Perform month-end reconciliations and assist with reporting
Requirements:
– Matric and relevant certificate/diploma

– Experience working with HR and Payroll Information Systems (PaySpace experience advantageous)
