Job Summary:

Nedbank Wealth Cluster is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide professional and efficient call services, optimize client experience, and maintain relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Answer calls and respond to client queries
– Meet targets and follow Nedbank processes and values

– Escalate unresolved queries to management
– Generate lead targets and prevent losses
– Contribute to a culture conducive to transformation goals
– Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives

– Identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems
– Stay up to date with legislation and industry changes

Requirements:

– Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
– Call Centre RE Representative qualification (preferred)
– Minimum 1 year experience in an Insurance Contact Centre environment
– Administrative, regulatory, software, and business writing skills
– Banking knowledge and operational knowledge
