Job Description:

Europcar’s Bloemfontein branch has permanent opportunities for an Agent: Customer Service. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with pickup and return of rental vehicles, and handle reservations, queries, and other requests.

Job Outputs:

– Handle customer check-out and check-in transactions
– Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations
– Provide excellent customer service and assist with queries
– Perform various admin and general office duties
– Ensure security and quality control of vehicles and company property
– Identify and report expired licenses, service due vehicles, and other issues
– Adhere to good housekeeping and cleanliness standards
– Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years front office/customer service experience
– NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
– Code 8 driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience
– Computer literate
– Willingness to work overtime/shifts/weekends

Administrator: Parts | Europcar | Jet Park Depot

Job Description:

Europcar’s Jet Park Depot has a permanent opportunity for a Parts Administrator. The successful candidate will manage admin duties, source back-order parts, and assist with parts quotes and ordering.

Job Outputs:

– Liaise with OEMs and dealerships
– Assist with parts quotes and ordering
– Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
– Release completed orders to destinations
– Resolve queries between panel shops and suppliers
– Perform general administrative duties

Requirements:

– 2 years relevant administration or sales experience
– Matric qualification (Office Admin preferred)
– Computer literacy with high accuracy
– Experience with Kerridge/ADP or Drive Parts
– OEM catalogue interpretation skills
