Requirements:

– Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
– Exposure in Financial Management (advantageous)
– Knowledge of BAS and SAP (advantageous)
– Prior experience as an intern (EPWP/Intern) will be prioritized
– Knowledge of relevant Acts and prescripts (PFMA, Treasury Regulations, DORA, Public Service Act)

– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
– Office administration competency and ability to work independently and in a team

Duties:

– Budget allocation and capturing of SCOA allocation
– Assisting with reconciliations and journal capturing
– Accounts Payable and petty cash management
– Supplier reconciliations and query handling
– Monitoring of face value books and reporting on accruals and commitments
– Assist with budgeting and other related tasks
