Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to perform general administration, reception, and switchboard operator duties.

Minimum Requirements:

– Grade 12
– 5 years of administration and receptionist experience

Key Performance Areas:

– Maintain and update employee files
– Process leave of absence, overtime claims, and employee change requests
– Attend to employee and client queries
– Manage switchboard operations
– Monitor stationery supplies
– Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
– Perform creditor and debtor administration

– Order and distribute employee clothing and PPE
– Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed

Technical Knowledge/Competencies:

– Administrative principles
– Computer literacy
– Fully bilingual
– Good interpersonal skills
– Good verbal and written communication skills

Behavioural Competencies/Skills:

– Diligent
– Positive and motivated
– Assertive
– Self-starter
