Dis-Chem Pharmacies Learnership Opportunity: HR Learner (OD) – Head Office (Midrand)

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited, a leading retail pharmacy chain in South Africa, is offering a learnership opportunity for a HR Learner (OD) at their Head Office in Midrand, Gauteng.

This contract position is designed to provide administrative support to the Organisational Development team and relevant stakeholders across all aspects of the OD Department.

Minimum Requirements:

– Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
– Post Matric certification in Human Resources Management or relevant field
– 1 year administrative experience

Job Specification:

– Assist in organisational structure design, job design, and compilation of job descriptions
– Maintain and update org design documentation and ensure availability to the business
– Update and maintain accurate database of job descriptions/profiles

– Assist in reviewing current job descriptions to reflect changes in the organisation structure
– Support the efficient management and tracking of Org design project plans and deliverables
– Provide administrative support in the implementation of organisational development initiatives
– Assist in conducting research to improve OD offerings
– Provide administrative assistance with regards to competency mapping implementation

– Assist in coordinating OD workshops
– Participate in various OD projects to execute HR deliverables
– Ensure accurate filing system of OD information is maintained and updated timeously
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research

– Proficient in Ms-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Special Conditions of Employment:

– South African citizen
– Occasional traveling required
– MIE, clear criminal, and credit record required
