Clicks Store, a leading retail pharmacy chain, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant at their Summerstrand location.
Job Summary:
As a Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care services, performing day-to-day dispensary administration, and maintaining high standards of customer service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide pharmaceutical care services within scope of practice
– Perform efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine
– Maintain accurate dispensary administration and compounding
– Offer general health advice and maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
– Meet ad hoc requirements as per operational needs
Minimum Requirements:
– Matric with Maths (Essential)
– Meet the minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic)
– Product knowledge (Health isle and OTC)
– SAPC and relevant legal knowledge
– Customer service orientated, team player, and integrity
– Ethical working practice and compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail
– Basic calculations, IT, and MS Office skills

Contractual Hours:
