Purpose of the Role
As a Capitec Bank team member, you will:

Experience Requirements
Minimum:
- No prior experience is required for this role. All you need is a Grade 12 National Certificate.
 
Ideal:
- Previous experience in client service within the retail, financial, or banking sector is a plus but not mandatory.
 
Qualifications

- Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent vocational qualification.

- Additional certifications related to financial services or client interaction would be advantageous.
