Application Process
Interested applicants must complete the BMA Employment Application Form, which is available for download on the official BMA website. The application should be accompanied by a comprehensive CV, detailing the start and end dates 20 Feb of each previous employment period. The CV must also include at least two contactable references, preferably recent employers or supervisors.
Important Notes for Applications:
- Applications must be sent to the correct email address; those sent to an incorrect address will not be considered.
- Do not include copies of educational certificates, ID documents, or a driver’s license at the application stage. Including unnecessary attachments may exceed the email size limit, leading to non-receipt of the application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of their qualifications, ID, and a valid driver’s license before their interview.
- Candidates with foreign qualifications must obtain an evaluation report from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), verifying the appropriate NQF level.
If an applicant does not receive communication from BMA within three months of the closing date, their application should be considered unsuccessful. Any failure to follow the provided instructions may lead to disqualification from the recruitment process. Late applications will not be considered.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo the following recruitment procedures:
- Interviews and Technical Assessments: Candidates will be assessed based on their professional expertise and technical knowledge relevant to the position applied for.
- Competency Assessment: Senior-level candidates may be required to complete additional assessments to determine their proficiency in key competencies necessary for the role.
