As a Cellular Associate, your main responsibility is to achieve sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting cellular products in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Approach customers and present information about available cellular products.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase by explaining products, prices, and addressing their questions.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and preferences, upselling products accordingly.
- Provide training to customers on the setup, operation, and maintenance of mobile devices and accessories.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all product-related concepts.
In-Store Operations:
- Manage out-of-box failures (OBF) and repair policies efficiently.
- Perform various department tasks, including stock hazard counts, creating merchandise displays, re-merchandising, pricing markdowns, transferring merchandise, inventory control, and processing transactions.
- Maintain the cellular kiosk, ensuring its cleanliness and updating displays regularly.
- Facilitate the stock receiving process and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor.

Requirements:
Education: Grade 12
Experience:
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience
- Mobile sales experience (advantageous)
Knowledge/Skills:
- Retail background
- Strong sales skills
