Job Description: Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents an exciting opportunity in our Learning and Development (L&D) department.
We seek talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for the role of L&D Intern in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the L&D Specialist.
Key Purposes:
- Provide learning and development support aligned with CCBSA and L&D strategic priorities.
- Drive competence development through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Infrastructure Supported:
- Assist in supporting L&D processes, practices, frameworks, and tools for standardization.
- Provide L&D support for various business projects.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Competence Development:
- Support and implement in-country learning solutions, collaborating with other learning and development specialists.
- Support the CAP (Competence Assessment Program) process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through ROI.
- Drive and support learning and development processes and procedures.
- Design and develop training material.

Governance:
- Track and monitor progress on all assigned L&D initiatives.
- Maintain legislative and governance requirements for compliance with auditing standards.
- Provide reports to customers upon request, meeting the set standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive service culture.
Skills, Experience & Education:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant HR Degree/Diploma.
- Registered ODETDP Practitioner (Advantageous).
- 1-3 years’ Learning & Development experience, including training material development and facilitation, and national project rollouts.
- eLearning design and development (Advantageous).
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- LMS365 experience (Advantageous).
