Purpose Statement:
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Bank Better Champions.
The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, and providing excellent client service.
They will also assist clients at the ATM and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels. This role is an opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience:
– Minimum: No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is necessary.
– Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
– Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Qualifications.
– Ideal or Preferred: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and business processes (internal).
Knowledge:
– Minimum: Basic calculations, how to engage with people, clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
– Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and business processes (internal).
Skills:
– Communications Skills
– Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
– Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
