Programme Purpose
The Liberty Learnership Programme aims to:
– Develop scarce and critical skills in the financial sector
– Enhance professionalism and bring new perspectives to the sector
– Provide formal work experience and a National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF5)
Eligibility Criteria
– South African citizen aged 18-35
– Not permanently employed or registered on another learnership/internship programme
– Passed Matric with English and Mathematics (minimum pass mark of 60%)
– Business Studies and Economics as added advantages
– No completed tertiary qualification
– Minimum experience: 0-1 year in a similar environment
