Job Purpose:
– Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments
– Support the Assessment team in facilitating assessment processes
– Provide assessment feedback to individuals and business
– Apply behavioral psychology principles in the workplace
– Ensure best practice compliance
Position Outputs:
– Oversee candidate assessment processes
– Set-up assessment batteries based on job requirements
– Ensure assessment processes are updated and aligned to best practice
– Build relationships with departments to provide high-quality services
– Assist with administration of online and paper assessments
– Capture assessment requests and generate assessment links
– Prepare individual and group assessment reports
– Provide individual and management assessment feedback
Qualifications and Experience:
– Completed BA. Industrial Psychology / BPsych equivalence course
– Completed or completing 6 months Psychometric Programme by an accredited academic institution
– Must have acquired own supervisor from the university for academic supervision during the internship
– Willingness to travel
– Driver’s license
