Managed People Solutions, a leading provider of human resources solutions, is offering exciting internship opportunities to young, ambitious TVET students in Vredendal, Western Cape.
This 12-month internship program is designed to provide workplace experience to unemployed individuals who have completed their NCV L4 Certificate.
As an intern, you will be placed in a retail store and will be responsible for basic merchandising duties. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Determining stock to be merchandised
– Drawing stock requirements
– Checking vintage, product quality, stock rotation, and price tags
– Executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief
– Providing feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
– Communicating and maintaining knowledge of product and promotions
– Effectively recording merchandising activities
– Executing calls as per call cycle
– Advising RSM on out-of-stock products
To be eligible for this internship, you must:
– Be under the age of 28 years old
– Have an NCV L2 – L4 Certificate in Management, Finance, Office Administration, or IT
– Reside in Vredendal
In return, you will receive a stipend of R3 500 per month for the duration of the internship, which runs from July 2024 to June 2025.
