As a Junior Bank Teller, you will be responsible for processing bank teller transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute cash and related transactions, including dispensing and receiving physical cash, cheques, and other financial instruments
– Process and encash cheques, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
– Capture transactions on the Bank system, ensuring proper authorization and reconciliation
– Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer enquiries and complaints
– Identify sales leads and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to branch sales targets
– Adhere to compliance and risk management procedures, ensuring the prevention of fraud and losses
Requirements:
– Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of banking products and services
– Ability to identify sales leads and cross-selling opportunities
