Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of the General Worker: Loader Mixing is to assist in the packing of high-quality, approved bags into cases according to the specified product standards. Additionally, the role involves identifying and rectifying any non-conforming bags, ensuring product recovery, and reintroducing those products back into the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meeting AIB Gold Standard Re-Certification by adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines.
  • Maintain 5S standards across the workspace, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Report product issues to the relevant supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Identify, segregate, and remove non-conforming bags and cases.
  • Ensure that non-conforming products are stripped and reintroduced into the production line.
