  3. Have not participated in any Y4Y program before.

The program will be conducted at BMW’s facilities in Gauteng, which include:

  • Midrand Campus, Johannesburg: A hub for business operations and administrative functions.
  • Rosslyn Plant, Pretoria: BMW’s manufacturing facility and one of the key production centers globally.
  • Menlyn (BMW IT Hub), Pretoria: A specialized center focusing on technology and innovation.

Fields of Study and Qualifications

BMW encourages applicants from diverse academic backgrounds to apply. Participants are selected based on their qualifications, skills, and alignment with BMW’s operational needs. Eligible fields of study include:

Business and Administration

  • Business Administration/Management Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Risk Management

Legal and Social Sciences

  • LLB/Law

Technology and IT

  • Information Technology (IT) – Including JAVA, SAP, ABAP certifications, and programming skills
  • Graphic Design with UX specialization

Engineering and Supply Chain

  • Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering (BSc, BEng, or BTech)
  • Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Finance, Accounting, Economics, Internal Auditing, or Taxation

Education and Early Learning

Application Process
