Duties and Responsibilities

- Client Interaction:
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients.
- Assist clients with completing and verifying application forms in compliance with Home Affairs requirements, standards, and guidelines.
- Service Delivery:
- Execute front-office Civic Services application processes.
- Provide high-quality, prompt, and friendly client service.
- Resolve client problems and complaints within the scope of the work area.
- Document Management:
- Receive and sort enabling documents.
- Update the Track and Trace system.
- Assist with fingerprint rolling and capturing.
- Mobile Unit Services:
- Render services in Mobile Units when required, including setting up and operating in varying environmental conditions.
- Back-Office Operations:
- Process and verify client application forms in accordance with established guidelines.
- Execute back-office Civic Services application processes.
- Other Duties:
- Support management with additional duties as needed to achieve client service excellence.
