Key Responsibilities
Interns selected for this program will play a vital role in supporting fleet operations. Their tasks will include:
- Overseeing Fleet Operations: Assist in managing daily operations related to the fleet.
- Ensuring Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all legislative requirements.
- Managing Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders effectively.
- Promoting Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards: Implement and support safety protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills
CCBSA is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate with at least 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Technical Skills: Completion of a Trade Test in Diesel Mechanics or Fitting.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Employment Equity: Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
- Unemployment Status: Applicants should be unemployed at the time of appointment.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Language Proficiency: A minimum of 40% pass rate in two South African languages.
