Carry out the administrative routine tasks needed from time to time eg. Checks cleaning tasks on specifications sheets for daily cleaning
Conduct a check on stock levels for cleaning and remind the Caretaker of low stock levels (e.g. items for cleaning).
Most preferably with 3 year of cleaning experience

About the job
Cleaners are expected to carry out the following duties as delegated by the Site Manager using the given methods and frequencies in compliance with cleaning specification requirements and safe operating procedures.

Mop floors with soaked or humid mops.
Staubbing, wiping, washing or polishing of furniture, ledges, window sills and exterior surfaces of cabinets, radiators, racks and fittings.
If needed, refill the consumables (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
Toilets, urinals, sinks and hand basins for washing.
The use of electronically controlled scrubbing / polishing / vacuuming devices to scrub, paint, spray and clean floors (after proper training and instruction).

Brushed floors or staub control mops.
Wall washing or inside window panel cleaning up to a height not surpassing the height of the body plus the extension of the arm from the floor level during periodic maintenance programs.
Use of chemical agents as instructed by the Caretaker in carrying out cleaning operations or maintenance procedures (after proper training and instruction).
Emptying waste containers or related containers, ferrying of waste materials to identified collection points.
