This program focuses on Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) and provides a blend of classroom and on-the-job training in surface mining techniques.
Throughout the learnership, you’ll develop skills essential for roles as future Drilling or Blasting Assistants and various Trackless Mobile Equipment operators.

Qualifications Required: To be eligible for this learnership, you must have:
- Full Grade 12 or Technical N3 with Mathematics Literacy or Mathematics (Physical Science advantageous)
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Successful completion of medical-job-fit assessments (RFA)
- Ability to obtain or possess a valid Sishen VTS / DOVER (learnership commences after obtaining VTS and Fitness Certificate)
