Learnership Details:

Successful candidates meeting specific qualifications and requirements will sign a 12-month fixed-term employment and learnership contract. During this period, learners receive a monthly allowance of R2,500. Upon completion of the program, participants are awarded an accredited National Certificate in Banking (NQF level 4).

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 to 30 years old
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Completion of Grade 12 (matric) or a 3-year post-grade 12 qualification (role dependent)
Qualification in Mathematics, Maths Literacy, and Accounting (for matric holders)
Computer literacy
Not permanently employed
Not enrolled in any other institution or learnership
