Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with dental practitioners, community health administrators, and hospitals.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each dental office account.
- Implement tailored account contact strategies based on the 10 Point Professional Plan guidelines.
- Drive product usage and recommendations within dental offices in the assigned territory.
- Identify creative leads and collaborate with dental distributor representatives to expand account penetration.
- Execute plans to enhance product usage and sales in existing and new accounts.
- Collaborate with distributors and brokers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in a computerized database.
- Understand competitor products’ weaknesses and ethically persuade accounts to adopt Colgate technologies for better patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in dental sciences or life science.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in oral care, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
- Experience in oral health care is advantageous.
