Position Summary: As the Assistant Retail Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our store. Motivating the team to achieve sales and productivity goals is a key aspect of this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and promptly address customer issues.
Supervise opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, and uphold company policies.
Coach and train staff in sales techniques, application methods, and brand image.
Communicate effectively with the Retail Manager, team, and partners.
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers and staff.
Track retail sales against goals and support Marketing initiatives.
Utilize customer database for outreach, product launches, events, and appointments.

Assist in accurate inventory management and adhere to visual presentation standards.
Manage merchandise flow and maintain stock areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (Grade 12).
Previous experience as a MAC Supervisor is preferred.
Passion for artistry.
2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in retail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
