Job Description:
Job Objectives:
- Efficiently manage all operational activities at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy in merchandise scanning and payment collection.
- Safely handle cash transactions and process clubcard rewards for customers.
- Actively promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Execute merchandising and housekeeping duties as per store standards.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
Knowledge:
- Basic math skills.
- Retail/FMCG background with understanding of merchandising and promotions.
- Familiarity with stock management procedures.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
Skills:
- Strong planning and organizing abilities.

- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Minimum Requirements:

- Education (Essential): Grade 12.
- Education (Desirable): Grade 12 with minimum 50% in Maths and English.
