Candidates for posts on Salary Level 9 and above will undergo a technical assessment. SMS posts require the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services, available through the National School of Government (NSG).
Candidates on Salary Level 11 and above will undergo a competency assessment applicable across the Public Service. Employment Suitability Checks (Credit, Criminal, Citizenship, Employment Reference, and Qualification Verification Checks) are mandatory for all recommended candidates.
