Role Purpose:
Undertake cleaning and refuse bin delivery tasks, including street cleaning, stacking, sweeping, lane flushing, carcass removal, and bin deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10
- Physical and mental fitness
- No criminal record
- South African citizenship
- Police clearance
- Reside within the City of Johannesburg
Minimum Experience: 12 months of relevant or similar experience
Competencies: Knowledge:
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of applicable legislation and company procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Street cleaning and sweeping
- Litter picking, including pavements
- Liaise with the public and resolve complaints and queries
- Distribute and collect refuse bags
- Stacking and offloading bags
- Deliver and exchange refuse bins
- Ensure proper documentation of bin deliveries
