Join our dynamic hospitality team at Tsebo Solutions Group, where we strive to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Hospitality Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence in our facilities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Clean and service guest rooms, including changing bed linen, replacing towels, and restocking amenities
– Ensure public areas, corridors, and floors are clean and tidy
– Empty trash containers and ashtrays, and restock beverages and food items in minibars
– Report technical issues and maintenance needs to the maintenance team
– Update guest room status and assignment sheets
– Return and restock cleaning cart at the end of shift
*Skills and Competencies:*
– Create a positive guest experience and maintain a comfortable environment
– Interact effectively with guests while working
– Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
– Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with guests and coworkers
– Ability to follow instructions accurately
– Ensure rooms are cleaned to required standards
– Work independently and complete tasks thoroughly
– Efficiently service multiple rooms in a day
*Qualifications:*
– Matriculation certificate
– Minimum 1-3 years of hospitality experience
– Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
