Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our Operations team at BTT Richards Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient transport, delivery, and distribution service.
Requirements:
– Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
– Good driving record with no traffic violations
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– High attention to detail
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Minimum requirements:
– Grade 12 or equivalent
– Code 10 Driver’s Licence with PDP (advantageous)
– 1 year’s experience as a delivery/corporate driver
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Transport employees safely to and from site areas and/or other destinations
– Collect and distribute rations, consumables, and PPE to sites
– Collect and deliver documentation, requisitions, and orders
– Collect lunch orders for training, audits, customer visits, and meetings
– Ensure safekeeping of documents and keys at the end of each shift
– Manage refuelling, washing, and cleaning of BTT vehicles
– Assist with packing, sorting, and transporting of boxes when required
– Report accidents, incidents, and near misses on BTT vehicles
– Ensure vehicles are driven with care and not mishandled or abused
– Conduct weekly inspections on all BTT Richards Bay vehicles

Job Summary:
BTT is seeking four Traffic Marshals to join the Richards Bay Gas Operations Team. The successful candidates will be responsible for directing traffic, maintaining organized vehicle movement, reducing congestion, and promoting efficient traffic flow in and around the site.
Requirements:
– Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
– Good driving record with no traffic violations
– Sound knowledge of traffic regulations
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– High attention to detail
– Minimum requirements:
– Grade 12 or equivalent
– Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP (advantageous)
– Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Flagman/Corporate driver
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Drive BTT vehicles safely and carefully, maintaining a positive brand image
– Communicate with drivers about lane changes, traffic patterns, and adjustments
– Regulate traffic speed in work zones, ensuring adherence to posted limits
– Inspect the pathway for infrastructure damage and report any issues
– Complete daily Vehicle Log Sheets, recording times and kilometres travelled
– Ensure safekeeping of documents and keys at the end of each shift
– Manage washing and cleaning of BTT vehicles, ensuring maintenance
– Report accidents, incidents, and near misses on BTT vehicles
– Ensure vehicles are driven with care and not mishandled or abused
