Job Description:
We are seeking a Trainee Planner to join our team and follow a structured program to develop key knowledge and skills in category planning, merchandise management, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
– Apply learned knowledge and skills to:
– Analyze current trade performance and manage opportunities and risks
– Optimize stock levels and achieve KPIs
– Build product assortments and forecast financial plans
– Conduct competitive shops and store visits
– Extract and analyze financial KPIs and product performance reports
– Assist in compiling reports and re-forecasting financial plans
– Participate in building assortment plans and maintaining product data in APS
– Create order lines and follow up on orders with the planning team
Qualifications:
– Completed Degree in Commerce, Business Science, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail
– Relevant experience advantageous

Call Centre Agent (New Accounts) – Mr Price Money
Location:_ Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (On-site)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, store card applications, and employment verifications efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer queries, correspondence, and needs in a timely manner
– Verify employment and personal details via phone calls
– Update customer details on relevant systems to ensure accuracy
– Process store card applications across all divisions (outbound agents only)
Qualifications:
– Grade 12
– 1 year call centre experience in new accounts environment
– Knowledge of industry legislature:
– Consumers Protection Act
– POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act)
– National Credit Act
– ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa)
