As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, achieving monthly budgets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities:
– Maximise profitability by achieving monthly budgets
– Ensure store administration is in line with Standard Operating Procedures
– Minimise stock losses
– Implement brand standards and visual merchandising principles
– Coordinate daily customer service operations
– Supervise and motivate staff to meet daily targets
– Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
– Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
– Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
– Grade 12/Matric
– Computer literate (MS Office)
– 1-2 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail
– Fluent in English and another official South African language
– Strong interpersonal and selling skills
– Logical thinking and analytical ability
– High energy level and performance-driven
– Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as a team player
– Strong leadership and organisational abilities
– Outstanding customer care skills
