Eskom is offering a 12-month learnership/internship opportunity to unemployed youth in South Africa through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
If you are a South African citizen between 18 and 34 years old with a Grade 12 certificate and no work experience, you can apply for this program.
Requirements:
– South African citizenship
– Age 18-34
– Grade 12 with Maths Core, Physics, and Accounting
– No work experience
Skills and Competencies:
– Hunger to enter the job market
– Willingness to gain valuable work experience
Successful candidates will be placed in various departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Maintenance & Operations, Business Enablement, Asset Creation, and Customer Services.
Selection Criteria:
– No permanent employment with a single employer for more than 1 year
– Not studying full-time in the year of employment
– Not participated in the YES initiative before
