Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Centre Agent to provide customer service telephonically or via other media, ensuring that customer queries are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide accurate product information to existing clients
– Drive growth and profitability while managing costs
– Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
– Maintain expert knowledge of specific products and services
– Ensure professional communication with clients and meet investigation deadlines
– Provide efficient administration services and comply with governance requirements

Ideal Candidate:

– Personal Lines knowledge/experience (at least 2 years)
– Completed RE and/or FAIS qualification
– Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
– Good Telephone and Email etiquette
