Job Description:
We are seeking an Administration Clerk to join our Logistics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry, general administration, and various logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Warehouse control and reconciliation
– Stock control and reconciliation
– Invoicing and RMA processing
– Production planning and maintenance of POD register
– Liaison with customers and depots
– Ad-hoc functions within the Logistics department
– Stock counts and ISO/FSSC 22000 compliance
Requirements:
– Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting
– NQ5 qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics
– Computer literate (MS Office) with proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Oracle
– 3-5 years of experience
– Knowledge of ERP system advantageous
– Ability to work in a pressurized environment
– Excellent communication skills
– Customer-oriented and team player
