The Department of Employment is seeking to fill 25 Call Centre Agent positions at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling outgoing calls, maintaining databases, and responding to electronic inquiries.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Senior Certificate or equivalent, with a Grade 11 or 12 certificate.
They must also have knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Telephone Etiquette, and Call Centre operating systems. Additionally, they must possess computer literacy, interpersonal, communication, listening, and customer-focused skills.
