The Sanlam Learnership Program is a 12-month contract that includes a monthly allowance, financial assistance for study purposes, and a national qualification in Wealth Management.
To apply, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Sanlam Careers site and search for the Learnership Program.
2. Attach the following compulsory documents:
– Comprehensive CV (updated)
– South African ID
– Matric Certificate
3. Ensure that you meet the minimum requirements:
– South African citizen
– Unemployed
– Aged between 18 and 35 years
– Passed Grade 12 with a minimum mark of 50% in Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Accounting and English
– Good command of English (read, write, and speak fluently)
– Willing to commit to the 12-month program
– Clear criminal and credit record
– Access to reliable transport

– Shortlisting process: Mid-September 2024 to Mid-October 2024
– Interviews and Assessments: Mid-October 2024
